HR Onboarding Application – 2 Week Implementation

Our team put together an application to help any HR Department. Our team used Microsoft Power Apps and back ended it with Microsoft SharePoint & Power Automate, and then developed a Power BI dashboard. This gives insights to HR leaders for all tasks completed by region, supervisor, etc… Any tasks not completed would also show up in this dashboard as well.

Employee Spotlight is a SharePoint app part that features or highlights employee birthdays and work anniversaries. It is updated through a Power Automate Automated Cloud Flow. Employee details should be updated in either Azure Active Directory as Custom Extension Attributes or SharePoint User Profile Properties.
