Doug Meyer

Doug is a founding partner of Covenant. He has a passion for delivering valuable business solutions to our clients. He is a strategic technology and business advisor to executives in diverse industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing & distribution and telecommunications. Prior to Covenant, Doug was responsible for Microsoft’s consulting services in the North Central United States. Before Microsoft, Doug was a partner at Arthur Andersen in their Business Consulting practice.

Scott Weinstein

PARTNER

Scott has been a valuable member of our team since he joined Covenant Technology Partners in 2010. Prior to Covenant, Scott was with Microsoft for 8 ½ years. As an account executive, Scott lead his district in sales and satisfaction. He sold Microsoft’s first hosted account and represented the central region in pioneering what is now Office 365. He was at Lotus Development/IBM for 9 ½ years. He started there as a systems engineer and eventually managed the systems engineers for the southern region. He has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Scott’s focus on client satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor for our clients. Scott leads Covenant’s Business Development area and also Covenant’s Client Satisfaction initiatives.

Steve Thomas

Steve has been a respected member of our team since he joined Covenant Technology Partners in 2016. Prior to Covenant, Steve served as a CEO, President, and Senior Executive for over 30 years, successfully leading growth and success in retail, digital marketing and technology firms. He has established his reputation by leading turn-arounds and transformational change within diverse organizational cultures in both private and public companies. Steve’s extensive experience in raising capital, strategic planning and leadership of entrepreneurial teams have been key to achieving results. A frequent speaker and author, he is passionate about community engagement and served as startup mentor, board member and President of Missouri Venture Forum and American Marketing Association St. Louis.

Nathan has been with Covenant for over 7 years. His vast knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing combined with his drive to offer the best possible solution for his clients has made Nathan a key asset to the Covenant team. Having worked in leadership positions at companies such as T-Mobile and Microsoft, Nathan has demonstrated a proven ability to create and cultivate high-performance teams of IT professionals that focus on long-lasting client relationships. His leadership and drive to provide creative and valuable solutions to clients has directly impacted the organizational growth and revenue growth of Covenant over the past several years.

Doug Neff

Partner / Chief Delivery Officer / People Lead

Doug has 35+ years’ experience using Information Technology to identify, promote and ultimately achieve business value. He brings an extensive background in consulting plus direct employment working with Fortune 500 companies such as Monsanto (Bayer), McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), AT&T, State Farm, Energizer, Kodak, Barclay’s Bank, and many others. Doug has led Delivery Services for information technology companies ranging from fifty to two hundred plus consultants — delivering business and technical services for small companies to multi-national corporations. Doug’s leadership has helped contribute and drive organizational growth in terms of business capabilities, market share, revenue, and headcount. For CTP Doug has multiple roles and responsibilities including leading Delivery/Operations, leading the People/HR function, as well as an individual business development and Client management focus.
David Friedrich Profile Picture

David Friedrichs

Partner, CFO & Business Applications Leader

David is a leader with over 20 years of management experience leading teams from 2 to 200. He currently serves as Covenant’s Chief Financial Officer and leads our Business Applications Practice. David has deep experience in business process analysis, business process design, and packaged software implementations, specializing in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. David has extensive regulatory compliance experience in GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, SAS70/SOC, Federal Reserve and more.  David is skilled at evaluating and managing risks based on regulatory updates, industry developments and alignment with overall enterprise strategy.  He is able to successfully accomplish operational objectives through technology solutions, process design, and strategic resource prioritization.
