The SharePoint Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that meet our client’s business needs. This role to leverage your expertise in SharePoint to deliver high quality, scalable, and secure solutions. In this role, you will scope and estimate solutions in the pre-sales cycle. This role requires a strong background in consulting, with the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
The work location for this role is flexible if approved by Covenant except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado and California.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and architects SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and on premises environments.
- Leads the development and implementation of SharePoint projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborates with clients together requirements, analyzes business processes, and recommends solutions that leverage SharePoint and intelligent automation technologies.
- Solutions, architects and develops with demonstrated experience in the following:
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Custom web parts
- Extensions and applications
- PowerShell SharePoint Modules
- SharePoint Templates and Themes
- SharePoint Search Configuration
- SharePoint Advanced Management
- SharePoint Migration
- Power Automate & PowerApps
- Implements and manages SharePoint governance, security, and compliance policies. Optimizes SharePoint performance and user experience through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- As needed, responds to managed services tickets and areas of expertise and ensures and Simon is correct and complete with quality.
- Utilizes copilot and copilot studio to enhance productivity and streamline development processes and incorporates into SharePoint designs.
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team leaders and clients. Remains current with the latest SharePoint and intelligence automation trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborates with sales for opportunities in the stage 60 – Identify Pain to understand goals, discuss options, and ideation vision.
- Works with presales for all opportunities in stage 80 – SOW issued, to resolve questions and help close.
- Acts as the expert and owner for SharePoint and related Microsoft certifications, internal solutions, training, and specializations periods
- Meets with Microsoft and develops relationships.
- Develops artifacts in support of sales and delivery. Develops intellectual property related to client delivery improvements or reusable IP meeting multiple client needs.

Experience:
- 5-8 years of designing, developing and implementing SharePoint solutions
- Consulting experience preferred
- Experience with intelligent automation tools and technology, such as AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools preferred
